Once a project has started or any work has been delivered, payments become non-refundable. This includes time, effort, and resources already invested.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment was made by mistake or duplicated
  • The service has not yet started
  • The project is cancelled by our company before work begins

4. Milestone-Based Projects

For milestone-based projects, completed milestones are non-refundable. Refunds (if approved) apply only to unstarted milestones.

5. Monthly & Subscription Services

Monthly services are billed in advance. No refunds are provided for the active billing cycle. You may cancel future services with prior written notice.
